We’re leaving on a Jet Plane, don’t know when we’ll be back again….. Boeing 777 that we took on our short 12 hour flight from San Francisco Airport to Osaka Japan.
Denver walking the Monkey. During layovers we took turns and spent hours walking McCall back and forth on the moving walkways.
First Japanese Cuisine – Osaka Airport. 5:00 p.m. Japan time – 2:00 a.m. Our Time. Our last layover waiting for our flight to Okinawa
Once we arrived in Osaka Japan, Denver insisted on having a Japanese meal and eating it with chopsticks. After we had been eating for a minute, I looked over and noticed that Denver had developed an interesting way of eating with chopsticks. I had to take a video of it....
McCall’s Bedroom (i.e., clothes closet). We’re a little short on space in our one bedroom temporary quarters.
Denver waiting for both the rain and his first day of school by our sweet ride. This gem is a loaner from the used car dealership. The salesman called it a Japanese minivan.
McCall practicing her Karate. On Saturday there was an earth day celebration with over 1 million (Stewart Exaggeration) bouncy toys at the park. Unlimited jumping for only $5.00 – and it was so worth it!!

We just love that you guys have a blog. What an adventure moving to Japan. Keep the posts coming. We love seeing your cute kids. I can't believe how big McCall and Denver are. You guys look great too! We sure do miss you guys and are a bit sad that when we visit Utah we won't be able to see you. Let us know when you head home and maybe we will cross paths. Japan looks like an exciting place for you guys. We can't wait to read about your adventures there. Hugs and Kisses from the Bachisons!
Glad to hear you got there OK. Love the minivan. You look like you're having fun already. I'm sure this move will be an adventure. My girls are having a tough time with the new school. They have friends but miss the familiarity of Bates. I'll check back often.
Wow! Jason, it's great to see the family blog. Look like life's treating you to unlimited adventure. How long will you be in Japan! We drove by your North Ogden house this past summer, and now we know why you weren't there. (or so it appeared) Drop us a line at the Wangsgard blog sometime. www.toddwangsgard.blogspot.com
